Get to know the artist
Born and raised on the south side of Oahu in a small little town named Ewa Beach, Pakz has been messing around with music since he was just 5 years old. weather it was picking up his mothers ukulele, or hanging out with the uncles and aunties just listening and trying to sing along, he has always shown an interest in music.

Throughout high school he was always seen with his ukulele jamming in the hallways and stairways weather it was with himself or other musical friends you would always hear the strums of an ukulele somewhere throughout the school.

After he graduated in 2009 he tried his hand at many different things from cutting hair to becoming a licensed professional tattoo artist, no matter what he did in that year, he always found his way back to music and in 2010 was when he made the decision to take on music full time and is one of the founders of the group Ali'i Kane, from playing small gigs at small local bars and private gigs over the years to playing on some of the biggest stages in Hawai'i Pakz has been evolving more and more as the years progress and eventually was able to share the stage with local and international artist some which include names such as Ekolu, B.E.T, Koauka, etc. to bigger names such as Shaggy, Morgan Heritage, Spawnbreezie, common kings, etc.

Today he continues to grow in the music industry and hone and sharpen his craft, weather its his vocals or his instrumentalism he is always practicing and working on getting better.

Pakz is forever working weather its with his bands Ali'i Kane or Dem Natty Dreads, solo, writing or producing new music or at work in the studio.

"Music is more then just a hobby to me its not something I do for fun or do cause I need to make money, if I wanted to make money I'd go get a regular 9-5, I play music cause its what I love to do, its a way of life for me, music made me the person i am today, music will always and forever be deeply rooted in my life"
